Chef Cindy M H Patterson/ Founder of T. Sapori Chef at Home & Wonderful Dishes

Cindy Patterson grew up in Panama City Panama, a beautiful country in Latin America.

I started in the middle of 2006, at the age of 15 while I was in high school during the weekdays and the weekends I attended Culinary Arts School in Panama City Panama. At the age of 17, I started as a cook’s Assistant at VanGoh restaurant. Then in Playa Bonita hotel. In 2009 I finished high school and graduated with a degree in Marketing & Advertising with an emphasis in Business Management and graduated from Culinary School in Panama City Panama.  After that, I took the Master Chef in Argentina at Mausi Sebess Culinary School. I started to work in the hospital in San Fernando as a Nutrition assistant later on I was promoted to Head Chef at the hospital. At the same time while working, I study Business Administration with Conflicts and Resolutions International. In the middle of 2011 on my days off, free time, and after work my parents and sister helped me build and open my Catering Business in Panama and teach different culinary courses at the community college.  In 2013- 2014 I started as an Executive Chef of a Bistro Restaurant. In 2015 as an Executive Pastry Chef of Atlantic & Pacific Panama in the Panama Canal. 

At the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016, I began as an Executive Private Chef, teaching, creating menus, and recipes, being a private consultant and advisor for small businesses, and continuing with my catering in the United States and collaborating with my in-law’s family business Canadian Creek Ranch, I have continued since then with T. Sapori Chef at Home catering and more, now with the support of my beloved husband and kids.
